About Us

Our family has been operating manufactured housing communities throughout metro Atlanta since the early 1980s.  We think that one of the reasons we are still around and continue to grow is that we work to treat each one of our residents like family.  We know that you have many options out there when it comes to choosing the best place for you and your family to call home.  We don’t take our responsibility to deliver you clean, safe and affordable homes lightly.  We are constantly investing in qualified and helpful onsite staff to manage and maintain our community in an excellent manner.  In addition, we encourage our manager to be actively involved with our residents by hosting picnics, Santa, breakfasts, etc., to make sure our residents have the best environment possible.  We want our community to be a place you are proud to call home and proud to recommend to your family and friends.
